Looks like you have a 2-channel head unit. To make all four speakers work, you'll need to wire them in parallel or in series.

You can wire them in parallel ONLY if you're using the factory speakers, and if they're 10-ohm speakers. It's very common in GM vehicles to have 10-ohm speakers. You can either measure the resistance through the speaker wires with a multimeter, or look at the speaker magnets in the trunk---the impedance may be printed there.

To wire in parallel, connect the radio's white wire to BOTH the tan and the brown speaker wires. Connect the white/black radio wire to the gray and yellow speaker wires. Connect the gray radio wire to the light green and dark blue speaker wires, and connect the gray/black radio wire to the dark green and light blue speaker wires.

If you have 4-ohm or after-market speakers, or if you're not sure of the impedance, then use the following method:

Connect the white wire from the radio to the tan wire in the vehicle. Connect the light gray vehicle wire to the brown vehicle speaker wire. Connect the yellow vehicle speaker wire to the white/black head unit wire.

Connect the gray radio wire to the light green vehicle wire. Connect the dark green vehicle wire to the dark blue vehicle wire. Connect the light blue vehicle wire to the gray/black radio wire. (Note that your listed GM wire colors are incorrect; light green is positive and dark green is negative for the right front speaker).

What you're doing is wiring each side in series: positive radio output to front positive speaker wire, front negative speaker wire to rear positive speaker wire, rear negative speaker wire to radio negative speaker output.

I'm guessing you just want some music and are not interested in upgrading or replacing current system so this is what I would do. Being that the factory harness has unfortunately been cut off already, wire it the following way.
Left front and right front- to phase white w/black stripe
Left front and right front+ to phase white
Left rear and right rear - to phase grey w/black stripe
Left rear and right rear + to phase grey
Ground to ground, ignition to ignition, and battery to battery.
With the speakers hooked up the same way as above you can also just ground the black wire from cd player to the car chassis, and then run both the ignition and battery wires to your fusebox and connect the ignition yellow to a fuse that runs something that is powered only when ignition is turned on and the orange battery wire to a fuse that runs something that is always powered weather the car is on or not, like a dome light. I have not done something like this since high school, over 15 years ago, so forgive me if this does not work but I would have no idea how else to do this and i install car stereo systems on the side and have for years. I dont know if your balance and fade will work right but all 4 speakers should work. I would think there should be more 2 more sets of speaker wire coming off of cd player to match the amount coming from the cars cut harness but this is all I can tell you Good Luck.
Looks like the guy above me might know what hes talking about? But after reading it Im sure you will be as confused as I am, I really dont know about that answer, and I wire sub in series and parallel and vice vera all the time.
