Absolutely--because Christians pretend that Paul's-(AKA Saul the woman hating self confessed murderer) biased rants are equal the Christs teaching --it gives them free license to keep women in their place---allows them to ignore Christs commandments to cease seeing sin in others--& merrily go around hating gays--condemning others--& pretending obeying Christ is just an option.

False, the majority of controversy with Paul lies with him corrupting the message of Jesus, however, considering one of Paul's letters was carbon dated to between 46-53 A.D. it is doubtful with so many eye-witnesses still around that Paul would have been able to say anything drastically different without being proved wrong by apostles and eye-witnesses. Most of the things which say Paul was a corruption to Christianity "the gnostic gospels" have never been dated within 150 years, of Paul so unless early copies are found I believe Paul.

Paul "The Apostle" has many biblical titles:
- an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God
(will of God being: mercy, and not sacrifice)
- a faithful steward of the mysteries of God
- "his witness unto all men"(incl'g apostles): Acts
- "his angel" who plays the last trump: Revelation.
When the 120 elected Mathias, God chose Saul to be
"Paul The Apostle" (epistle title in the authorized KJV);
For both the old and new twelve were like a hung jury.
15 Pauline epistles compromise more New Testament
than all the other six New Testament writers combined.
Paul, as the author of Revelation, plays the last trump it:
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

It is not so much Paul as the interpretations of Paul that have come along since then. If you look at his writing from a Jewish perspective, it makes more sense. Also keep in mind that the Greek scribes took liberties with their translations, feeling free to "clarify" any passages they felt did not mesh with their current beliefs.

Paul came first, the Gospels are later embellishments after he had died.
