God condemns abortions.
If at the time of childbirth a choice must be made between the life of the mother and that of the child, it is up to the individuals concerned to make that choice.
“You [Jehovah] kept me screened off in the belly of my mother. . . . Your eyes saw even the embryo of me, and in your book all its parts were down in writing.” -- Psalms 139:13-16
“In case men should struggle with each other and they really hurt a pregnant woman and her children do come out but no fatal accident occurs, he is to have damages imposed upon him without fail according to what the owner of the woman may lay upon him; and he must give it through the justices. But if a fatal accident should occur, then you must give soul for soul.” -- Exodus 21:22, 23
Some translations make it appear that in this law to Israel the crucial matter was what happened to the mother, not to the fetus. The original Hebrew text, however, refers to a fatal accident to either mother or child.
“Anyone shedding man’s blood, by man will his own blood be shed, for in God’s image he made man.” -- Genesis 9:6
“No manslayer has everlasting life remaining in him.” -- 1 John 3:15
“You must not murder.” -- Exodus 20:13
Jehovah's Witnesses are true Christians. They base their beliefs only on the Bible (not on traditions like other religions) which is the inspired Word of God.
"All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work." -- 2 Thimothy 3:16, 17
*They worship Jehovah as the only true God. They address their prayers only to Him through Jesus Christ (not through an icon).
“I am Jehovah. That is my name; and to no one else shall I give my own glory, neither my praise to graven images." -- Isaiah 42:8
"Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." -- John 14:6
*They freely speak to others about God's purpose concerning the mankind. They are famous for going from door to door following Jesus' and his disciples' example spreading "the good news".
"Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit." -- Matthew 28:19
"And every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus." -- Acts 5:42
*They believe that there is only one true God, Jehovah, that Jesus is His Son, the firstborn of all creation, that the holy spirit is God's active force.
"....If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am." -- John 14:28
"When the helper arrives that I will send YOU from the Father, the spirit of the truth, which proceeds from the Father, that one will bear witness about me." -- John 15:26
*They believe that God will soon destroy the human governments; they will be replaced by God's Kingdom in a new system in which people will live on an earthly paradise.
"Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth." -- Matthew 6:10
"And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." -- Revelation 21:4
*They believe that the only ones who have a heavenly hope are the 144,000 (the anointed) who will rule as kings with Jesus.
"And I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads... And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth." -- Revelation 14:1, 3
*They believe that men don't have an immortal soul, but that they are a soul. The dead are conscious of absolutely nothing. They exist only in God's memory who at the right time will resurrect them.
"For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten." -- Ecclesiastes 9:5
"I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." -- Acts 24:15
*They don't get involved in politics or war following Jesus' example.
"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world." -- John 17:16
*They offer free Bible studies to those who are interested.
"Philip ran alongside and heard him reading aloud Isaiah the prophet, and he said: “Do you actually know what you are reading?” He said: “Really, how could I ever do so, unless someone guided me?” And he entreated Philip to get on and sit down with him." -- Acts 8:30, 31

First what you do is Your choice. We Witnesses are Christians, and No, as a rule, we do not approve of abortions. I say as a rule because there have been cases where both mother and child were at risk where people have been forced to choose between mother or child. If you want to know what we believe, then simply ask us questions. Preferably in the real world, that way you know the answer is coming from an actual Witness. If you want to know how your family in particular will feel you should ask them.
PLEASE think long and hard before deciding. Remember there are many alternatives to abortion. Also if you regret these decisions later most are reversible, abortion is not.

Jehovah's Witnesses are Christians; please do not pretend otherwise.
As true Christians, Witnesses believe the bible to teach that Jehovah views an unborn life as equal to a born life. A person who ended the life of an unborn child (even through negligence rather than intention) was to suffer the death penalty.
(Exodus 21:22-24) And in case men should struggle with each other and they really hurt a pregnant woman and her children do come out but no fatal accident occurs, he is to have damages imposed... But if a fatal accident should occur, then you must give soul for soul
Jehovah's Witnesses generally do not get angry when a loved one sins or plans to sin, even if the sin is aborting an unborn child. Instead, a typical Witness would feel grief and heartache. Unless the loved one is his offspring or wife, a true Christian (such as a Jehovah's Witness) might not even feel it to be his place to offer an unsolicited opinion to the planned aborter.

No they do not, because of these scriptures....."Exodus 20:13; 21:22, 23; Psalm 139:14-16) In God’s eyes the life of any embryo—including one conceived out of wedlock—is precious."
They believe that Jesus is God's (or Jehovah's) son, and not God they are two separate things.
They call god by his "name" Jehovah- You can see this in the bible at Exodus 6:3; Psalm 83:18; Isaiah 12:2; 26:4
I got this information from there official website that I have listed below. you can search information on Abortion on there, and that might be able to help you understand there reasoning a little more.
I hope I helped you out a little.

First, Jehovah's Witnesses are Christian, footstep followers of Jesus Christ even when it comes to preaching and teaching
Jehovah's Witnesses have a Godly respect for life. God views the life of the unborn as precious. Note what the Bible says about this: Exodus 21:22 -25 _And in case men should struggle with each other and they really hurt a pregnant woman and her children do come out but no fatal accident occurs, he is to have damages imposed upon him without fail according to what the owner of the woman may lay upon him; and he must give it through the justices. But if a fatal accident should occur, then you must give soul for soul, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, branding for branding, wound for wound, blow for blow.
Harming an unborn child even by accident was punishable under the Mosaic law. This lets us know how God feels about the unborn.

Jehovah’s faithful followers do there best to serve Jehovah God no matter what the outcome.
Psalms 139:13-16 shows readers that God notices unborn fetuses in the belly of its mother.
.
Jehovah is the Source of life. All living things owe their life to God. (Psalm 36:9) Life is sacred to God. Even the life of an unborn child inside its mother is precious to Jehovah. To kill such a developing baby on purpose is wrong in God's eyes.—Exodus 21:22, 23; Psalm 127:3. “…But if a fatal accident should occur, then you must give soul for soul.” -- Exodus 21:22, 23 helps us to see that the punishment for killing another being is death.
There are SO MANY women who would just love to have a baby growing in them. Yet due to our being imperfect those women can not have children of their own. These women are forced to accept the next best thing, adoption. Healthy newborn babies rarely ever have problems being placed in fine loving homes.
Why not talk to your family members who choose to serve Jehovah whole heartily. If you have an elder in your family you can explain to him that what you want to talk about is extremely private and he should respect that decision as should all your witness family members.

As the Bible says the soul is the blood and that is the second thing to be developed, right after the heart, when you abort a child, you also kill its soul.
The primary difference is in the JWs is that they do not believe in once forgiven always forgiven, which pretty much gives women of other Christian religions Carte Blanche to abort as many children as they want.

No, they don't. I happen to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses and the reason is because the scriptures say specifically DO NOT MURDER. Science proves that even though a child is unborn, it is still a living person. So, therefore your would be taking the life of an unborn chilld.

That character used to be now not one in all jehovahs witnesses, stressed or whatever given that existence begins @ notion (Psalm 139:14-sixteen) 14 I shall laud you given that in a worry-inspiring means I am splendidly made. Your works are distinguished, As my soul could be very good conscious. 15 My bones weren't hidden from you When I used to be made in mystery, When I used to be woven within the lowest elements of the earth. sixteen Your eyes noticed even the embryo of me, And on your e-book all its elements had been down in writing, As regards the times once they had been shaped And there used to be now not but one amongst them. *** w89 6/15 p. 29 Questions From Readers *** The Bible shows that a character’s existence starts at notion; the Life-Giver sees the existence that has been conceived, “even the embryo” a good way to thereafter broaden within the womb. (Psalm 139:sixteen; Exodus 21:22, 23; Jeremiah one million:five) Hence, no attempt will have to be made to finish a conceived existence. To accomplish that could be abortion.
