First off i would like to ask you why do you consider yourself fat.. What does fat look like? Society has manipulated us into believing only a size zero is beautiful. And that is nothing but a bold faced lie. You are beautiful no matter what the news, media, or your pears have to say about it. Your an amazing person with all the love in the world to give. Your going to make someone very happy one day. And they are going to love you for you. The beautiful, amazing person you are. Don't change yourself to be more physically attractive to others. The only person you need to please is yourself. Before you go changing yourself ask yourself this. Do i want to be a mold just like everyone else trying to be a size zero to be more social acceptable. Or do i want to be the amazing person i am and let the whole world know who i am. Good luck! I hope i could help! You don't need to change yourself your amazing just being you!

you shouldnt do ww diet - it has too little amount of calories.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
