no, dermabrasion doesn't go deep enough and if it did, it would definitely scar. you'll need a laser to remove the tattoo and yes, it will most likely scar.

The only procedure that can remove tattoos is laser (including IPL, which is less invasive). Dermabrasion does not go deep enough and it also causes major damage to your skin, so I wouldn't recommend it anyway.
Post laser scars are modest and don't look that bad, especially if you follow the post treatment rules and apply all lotions prescribed by the doctor.

Never heard of it being used for this. Lasers are used for this. Anyway, dermabrasion has gone out of vogue and has been replaced with acid peels and laser treatment.

Nope... mircoderm only takes off the dead skin cells and thin layer of skin.. blasted with tiny particles of sand.
The only way is lasers.
