Christians witness to the lost about the truth! Jesus and His word! We witness because we care for other people's souls and don't want no one to go too hell. A true christian has love in there hearts and only tell the truth. I am not ashame of Jesus! I love shareing Jesus with others! Christians do not judge or hate! We care and love people! We hate sins. But we love the person! Thats why we pray for the person that is lost. Sins will not enter Heaven! Jesus forgives! You only got to ask Jesus into your heart and ask Him to forgive you of your sins. Live for Jesus! Jesus saves!! Christians do not force anything on others. We witness to them and then pray for them. The rest is up to that person too accept Jesus or not! We need to put Jesus back into our schools and every where on earth! For Jesus is our God and He created us all and Heaven and Earth! I think some people get upset when a person witness to them. because deep down they know its true and that they are doing wrong!

Jesus put it so much better than any of us ever could.

Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Joh 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
Joh 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

If they call it "egotism" it is because, as you say, it messes with their own sinful lifestyle.
Jesus invites everyone. If you choose to reject His invitation, that is your fault...not the Christian's who presented it to you. Seems to me that the ego is on the other foot....

I do not understand how you can say Christians do not judge or try to force information on others, when you yourself have just exhibited examples of both.

In writing "deep down they know its true and that they are doing wrong", you've imposed your own judgment right there. If someone's thoughts or actions don't fall in line with your beliefs, automatically, you think they're wrong. Hate to break it to you, but that's called judging them. If you are a true follower of Christianity, you would also believe that judgement comes from God and no one else.

Additionally, you contradict yourself by writing that you "do not force anything on others" and then writing that "We need to put Jesus back into our schools and everywhere on earth." That sounds pretty forced to me. I wonder how you would feel if, let's say, a Muslim or a Buddhist told you their beliefs should consume the world, including you.

You are obviously a zealot about your beliefs, and that's great. Good for you. Knock yourself out. But I think it's safe to say I speak for many when I respectfully ask that you mind your own business.

They get upset because so many people posing as Christians are preaching Satan's message of judgement and division.

Oh, and about teaching religion in schools - you've been misled by the forked tongue of the Enemy there I'm afraid. The true message of God does not need to be taught to children - only Satan needs access to the young mind to warp it in his direction. The Lord can convert adults amply well enough; to protect the young from Satan we need to keep religion out of the schools

Yes, its called conviction.

I remember feeling convicted whenever I heard the gospel message, but we need to remember that it is the power of God to salvation, and even though non-believers get upset at hearing such, they are seeds in bringing them to Christ. We will never know the full implications of what goes on here at Q and A, until we get to Heaven, and someday we will meet some of these people who have heard the Gospel on this forum.
God bless you, and remember - He who wins souls is wise.

First you say *Christians do not force anything on others*

Then you say *We need to put Jesus back into our schools and every where on earth*

That IS forcing your beliefs on me... I'm for stem cell research, but can't b/c of the Christians, I suppose if I want an abortion, I have no choice in that either..... b/c of your faith that you do NOT push on anyone??

Think twice about your faith - you DO force yourself on people... all the time!

Well, part of "witnessing" is telling someone that their religion is wrong and your religion is right. That isn't entirely pleasant to hear. In a way, that is judging...

Maybe a great way to witness without making people upset at you is to lead by example. Pray for them, let them know how much Jesus means to you, and let them know you're there if they have any questions. Be a great Christian example for you and they'll see what they're missing out on in their life.

I believe the religion is just a way to keep people from doing what they want to do. To create MORE hate. It seems like to most Christians that everything is a sin.

Jesus should not be in schools if you're in USA its a FREE country! Let people believe what they want and stop trying to "save" them.

And you give me thumbs down because I do not believe in what you have to say. I don't believe in Jesus, there is nothing you can say to change that.

Look, honeypot: We've already heard your "good news" and we're not interested. Leave us alone unless we seem interested in discussing things with you--and then you must be willing to reciprocate and listen to our belief systems. You *think* that what you believe is true. Others *think* that what they believe is true. You have no more proof than they do, and it IS egotistical to assume that you do. Besides, I'd imagine you'd be hard-pressed to find an adult in the U.S. or any other developed nation who hasn't already heard what you Christians believe--so your "witnessing" is really, really obnoxious.
