la berenjena = eggplant
el choclo= (peruvian and argentinian for corn) in universal spanish it is "el maiz"
La Cebolla= the onion
el elote is also corn, but sweet tender one. And it is a mexican term, not used in south america, for example.

I don't know the first word, but I know the second one has to do with a drink, and the last is very similar to the word for onion. I may be wrong so I would suggest you get a Spanish/English dictionary and check these words out. Good luck.
