There are a number of great sites for traininig for a marathon. I have listed a few below. With your base, you should be able to pick up a program from one of those sites. I favour, John Stanton's Program from the Running Room. But you might have to purchase his book, "Running Room Book of Running"

But Jeff Galloway is a contemporary of John's and both have similar methods of training. So have look at the different programs and choose one that you like. Next time I am going to try Hal Higdon's program. But I have used Stanton's last two long races with little problems.

i visit anticipate you do your long-term on a weekend day (maximum folk do it regardless of day the race would be on), maximum in all probability Sunday. The day after must be an extremely undemanding restoration run. probable approximately 30-40 minutes on a similar %. you probably did the long-term. The %. shouldn't harm, yet your muscular tissues could be sore. this ought to enable you to recuperate and do a workout run on Tuesday. The day earlier relies upon a touch extra on your schedule. maximum schedules have complicated days on Tuesday and Thursday (and the long-term on Sunday). this means friday is a restoration day. So saturday's run does not must be a restoration, yet will not be able to be too complicated. i could advise a normal %. up run, the place you commence slowly, yet slowly %. up the %. and circulate form of complicated for the final couple miles. not complicated sufficient which you harm, yet speedy. Then perform a little strides. this ought to circulate away your legs clean sufficient for the long-term. solid luck.
