There are several ways, depending on how polite or rude you want to be (Most are already listed, but here are mine, with the rudest listed last):
Silence (see-lawnce)
Tais-toi (tay-twah) singular
Taizez-vous (tessay-voo) plural
La ferme (la fairm) -- like farm but using the fair sound instead
Ferme la bouche (fairm la boosh) singular
Fermez les bouches (fair-may lay boosh) plural
Ferme ta gueule (fairm tah gull)
Ta gueule (tah gull)

In a rude way, you have 2 choices:
Ferme-la and Boucle-la.
You pronounce exactly as it is spelled.
