These are some examples, if the actual books and verses contradict each other and you add the obvious possiblity of human misinterpratation of the words themselves, it is no wonder that different sects of Christians can't even agree what the Bible is really saying in the first place.
God good to all, or just a few?
PSA 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.
JER 13:14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
War or Peace?
EXO 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.
ROM 15:33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen
Who was at the Empty Tomb? Is it:
MAT 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
MAR 16:1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
JOH 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
Is Jesus equal to or lesser than?
JOH 10:30 I and my Father are one.
JOH 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
The sins of the father?
ISA 14:21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.
DEU 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
The really interesting part is if you put a collection of Catholics, Evengelical Christians and Tranditionalist Protestants in a room, they would all disagree on many, many interprations of the same Bible and they are all supposed to be Christians.
There are some very good and useful teaching in the Bible but to claim it is with out contradiction or error in it's present form, is to simply be closing ones eyes to the obvious.

Well, the contradictions in the Bible don't irritate me. What do irritate me are two kinds of people: (a) people who think there are no contradictions in the Bible; and (b) people who enjoy winding up the first kind of people.
Of course there are contradictions in the Bible, which is inevitable in a 66-volume book written over many centuries by many different people. The Bible represents the developing understanding of the concept of God and morality by the ancient Jewish people. Sometimes the ideas are inspired, sometimes they are less so, and sometimes they don't really shine through the barbaric mind-set of the time.
Having said that, I would say that Christian societies, or societies with a Christian basis, are the worst kinds of societies there are--except for all the others.

Fluffy actually answered his question, here are some websites with hundreds of contradictions (of which I'm sure all of the Christians will click on and read about...not).

There are no contradictions in the Bible. There are some errors resulting from transcription and transmission the estimate is they are 1.5% of the wording the remaining 98.5% is textually accurate in comparison to extant manuscripts.
None of those errors btw impact doctrine.

Bible contradictions don't irritate me. They're just the sign of a badly written and badly edited book. It's the idiots who will do backflips and disappear up their own rear end to deny that there are any contradictions that irritate me.
Whoa! Tough crowd!

The ones found between the books of the Kings and Chronicles. I don't yet have any other answer for them, except that they must be a writing mistake of the author.

Absolutly nothing. The Bible is the truth. Why in the world would someone try to make contradictions on something that is more honest than themselves....that's what irritates me the most.
god bless.
