I'm a Christian, but I think it would be hard to hate something you don't even believe in. By definition, atheists don't believe in the existence of deities. Despite your peculiar rhetoric, they don't hate God (or any other gods). They are not attacking God so much as confronting a culture they feel is shoving religion down their throats.

Right, "95%" - another imaginary, baseless belief presented with the practiced certainty of a pathological liar.
No one cares about Christianity’s imaginary Gods or anti-science belief system. The objection involves attempts by conservative Christians to rewrite the US Constitution and replace America’s government with a system based on the doctrine of their sadistic and humanity-hating God; to remove science instruction from schools and replace it with the mythological explanations of the illiterate goat herders whose folktales comprise the Bible; and to impose their beliefs and lifestyle on every American.
America’s Founding Fathers created the first 100% secular government in history because they viewed organized religion as a threat to human freedom and liberty. There is not a single reference to God, Christianity, or Jesus in the US Constitution. Conservative Christians try to argue that the 1st Amendment as a weak separation statement, but the exclusion of religion from government is absolutely made clear in the body of the Constitution.
Article VI states:
• “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.”
Government officials are bound by oath to the secular ‘this Constitution’ and the law of man; not any God or religious law.
This was reaffirmed in 1797 when the following was unanimously passed by the US Congress and signed into law by President John Adams:
ARTICLE 11.
“As the Government of the United States of America IS NOT IN ANY SENSE founded on the Christian Religion…”

I would imagine that 100% of anti-theists hate "god". The prefix "anti" means to be against. So the headline of your question contradicts itself.
Secondly, the atheists that you refer to do not hate "god". If anything, an atheist will hate the idea of organized religion, and the poster child for organized religion is christianity.
Atheists that spend alot of time refuting christianity are probably the ones who've experienced for themselves, and broken free of the brainwashing and began to think on their own. Some people find that quite a liberating experience. I know that I did ... and after all, wouldn't we be selfish if we didn't try to share that with the world? That's always the excuse christians use when asked why you're so insistent on trying to convert everyone to your religion.

They don't "hate god". You can't hate something that you don't believe exists. If they "hate god", then by definition they're not atheists. They're angry theists. They may hate the thought of worshiping something fake, or something like that.
