'Normal dandruff' doesn't usually itch much, so -
1] quit using all products on hair
2] buy and use a clarifying shampoo - lather and rinse twice, thoroughly
3] scrub or wipe down all combs, brushes, barettes, headbands, etc,
4] do this for two more shampoo days, not using any other product [ wear a braid, or use a hat ]
5] re-assess your hair, and buy shampoo formulated for it - oily, dry, dandruff, etc, as well as conditioner.
6] drink about 1/2 gallon of water aday - helps flush out any toxins in your system
7] eat a nutritious diet - lean protein, whole grains, lots of fruit and veggies - no fried, fast, or junk food, not even diet junk food
8] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day - sometimes a tiny amount makes a big difference in hair or skin
9] if this doesn't start to work by one week, you may have something worse than dandruff, and should see a dermatologist

use shampoo made for dandruff. Wash your hair daily. When you wash your hair, wipe your finger tips through your scalp.

It matters what is causing it. You should talk to your local Pharmacist. Some shampoos are acidic, and some are basic. They can help you determine which you need.
