There is a word for non-converted gentiles who live by Jewish principles and I am trying to remember what it is. My Google searches are proving unsuccessful and Its driving me mad.

I'm not asking for opinions regarding these people or for a religious lecture, (I know how answers to these questions can get), if you don't know then please, don't answer.

Thanks in advance.

Noahide. Those are Gentiles who observe the Noahide (or Noachide) laws. Some people call them "righteous Gentiles". Here are those laws:

Yes, the answer is a Noahide or, less frequently, a righteous gentile. I say less frequently because in the last 60 years this term has come to be more often associated with a non-Jew who helped hide or save Jews during the Holocaust.

A non-Jew who keeps the Noahide Laws is considered to be on the same spiritual and moral plane as the Kohen Gadol (the high priest in the days when the Temple in Jerusalem was standing) and has earned a place in the world to come. However, Maimonides said that a gentile is considered righteous only if s/he follows the Noahide laws specifically because s/he or she considers them of divine origin and not if they merely sound like good ideas.

Not Judaism per se.

The Torah contains 7 laws for all mankind (sheva mitzvot bnei noach) and a non-Jew who consciously follows these laws is called a son/daughter of Noah, since it was to Noah that God gave the 7 laws.

Noahides, righteous amongst the nation, righteous gentiles...your pick. If they're not part of the Abrahamic covenant, they're called B'Nei Noach...I've checked up on it quite a bit!

I've heard them called Noahide Gentiles . . . Hope that's spelled right!
Or maybe Hebrew Christians, if they're Christians who follow Jewish rituals/traditions.

Matthew 23:15 calls such "one proselyte": "twofold": "more the child of hell(law worketh wrath)" than those hypocrites, fools, vipers, and blind guides who were under the law.

Romans 9:31 notes all the devout judaism (keeping and trusting in law) in the world won't attain unto righteousness, since there's no righteousness at all in such lefteousness.

Paul The Apostle To the Hebrews 6 says:
leave the "principles"(laws) to go on unto perfection:

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
