okay im 15 and weigh 127 lbs and im 4'11 well i have a chubby tummy and i love the rest of my body its just my belly that i dont like how do i get rid of it and how long will it take to get a flat stomach?...i really want a flat stomach more than anything please help ME?????

by overall weight loss - we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay, okay... deep breath... okay. Kiki, first and foremost don't listen to "10 minuete situps man" I stopped reading after that statement so I don't know if he had sound advice after that.

I don't want to discredit his advice without support because that'd be lame. So here is why I disagree with that. It's veeeeryyy very common, so i'm sure you've tried it one, how many situps have you done in your life? Alot maybe, and you got no results I bet. Now think about even if it DID work, how would that look? You'd have a nice stomach lookin stomach with chubby arms and thighs and etc (sorry if this offends). IT just wouldnt look to good.

What you NEED to do to accomplish your goals is lower your body fat %. As much as its gonna hurt to read this...
1) Burn Calories
2) Build Muscle
Yes, it's that simple.
To get started, cardio cardio cardio.
What is cardio?
Cardio: Aerobic exercise mostly intended to expend calories and burn fat, and of course, strengthen the heart.
What is Aerobic exorsize than?
Aerobic: Low intensity, longer duration exercise that temporarily increases heart rate as a means to improve the efficiency of oxygen consumption by the body. Bodybuilders use aerobic exercise to burn calories and lose excess fat.

Basically tredmils, bikes, eliptical trainers, those group dance things, belly dancing, sparring with a boxing bag, jogging, walking.

Incorperate some weights compound exercises for starters. Which would be bench pressing, squats, military press, deadlifts... theres alot more I don't feel like lifting.

Everything I've said could amount to nothing without a proper diet, so please follow one.

To me Dieting is not the fad diet you go on for a week where you cant eat carbs. Diet to me, is what you eat for the rest of your life. Those diets don't suck tho, i've seen them work. But thats only if you wanna squeeze into that wedding dress and go back to how you were after that event. This is why you have to change your eating habbits for the rest of your life. If you go back to how you used to ate, you will go back to how you looked. To lose a pound of fat in a week you'd need to drop 3,500 calories. Gradually is probobly most reccomended. So you can break it down to 500 calories a day, break it down even more with half burned via cardio, and half via not drinking that cup of soda.

I goto a school full of delusional children, but im not one of them. And I keep it real. I eat right. But I'm a lazy fat american, there is a mcdonalds every 2 blocks. Although I never eat there unless I HAVE to, I still eat there. My teacher makes wonderful food, so I eat that. Me and My girlfriend like to bake, so hell yea i'm eating cookies and stuff. When my asian *** family gets together we have a big *** feast. I've dropped coke for diet coke and water, and it doesnt make me less of a man. I've cut back on impulse eating for entertainment. I eat lucky charms, but not bran flakes. I drink fat free milk. It's just the little things you can do to make things better.

Weight loss and a body fit for vanity is a long process, and it takes work.
Lazy attitude leads to a lazy body.

do sit ups for about 10 solid minutes everyday, or lay flat on your back and raise your legs for the same amount of time. also, eat about one third of what you are now eating. i guarantee this will work within one week, and really dramatically within one month. but you won't do this. you just write stuff down so you can feel better don't you?

OK i have lost 100 pounds, and i know just the correct answer.

consider yourself in a place in a swimsuit everytime you go to grab a cookie, or and kind of junk food.

Now look at all the people around you, all staring at you.

Everytime you look at that cookie, REMEMBER ALL THOSE PEOPLE LOOKING AT YOU. Trust me, you'll stop

I would suggest walking,running, dancing, sit ups, anything that's exercise to that part of your body. You should loose your belly fat qucik by doing any of these.
