My BMI shows that I am still at the risk of being overweight, or that this is the time to start improving, but i dont just wanna hear excersize or cut down on food or eat healthy. I need a good plan that will guarantee me loosing some weight please.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I just started what you are doing. I'm a similar age to you and also have a July goal. Why don't we e-mail eachother to talk about our progress and new ideas? I think talking to someone about this will help us keep on track.

For a food plan, look at all the foods you eat and cut back on portions and try to completely eliminate calorie heavy snacks. Leave 3 hours between meals and snacks. You should be eating atleast 400 calories less after this. Also try for an intense 30 minutes of exercise every day.

You're "still at risk of being overweight." Does that mean that you've recently lost weight? If so, bravo!

Cardio exercise and diet modifications will get you to your goal. Start with 20-30 minutes a day, nearly every day (5-6 times a week). Work hard enough that your heart rate increases, you work up a sweat, but you can still carry on a conversation of short sentences. Any activity will do, walking, running, stairclimbing, bike riding, swimming. Get into a rhythm with it, but go for variety as well.

As for what you eat, a healthy diet consists of a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean protein, whole grains, non fat dairy products, and 8-10 glasses of water a day. If you drink soft drinks you'll be able to lose weight just by switching to water.

Good luck!
