OK well i am 5''0 and 110 pounds and my ideal weight is 100 pounds and i need to lose that 10 pounds in 11 days!cuz we have a huge pool party the day rigth after graduation and i really want to look good dont get me wrong i do not have fat hanging just a liitle extra and i wanna look good so does anyone have a good eating and working out plan!??

Sample Menu for Diet

1/2 cup of oatmeal
8oz skim milk
1 banana

Snack
6oz fat free yogurt

Lunch
Tuna Salad Sandwich with fat free mayo, pickles, onion, etc
2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread

Snack
12 chunks of cantaloupe
1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese

Dinner
4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup of boiled/steamed broccoli
1/4 cup of brown rice

Snack
1 cup of grapes
10 fat free pretzels

Drink 64oz- 1 gallon of water a day
No sodas!
No sweets or tater chips!
No Fast food!
No fried foods!

get 30 minutes-1 hour of exercise per day.

You'll lose 10 pounds in 11 days.

Exercise for 2 hours a day! Even if you don't lose all of that ten pounds, you will feel wonderful about yourself ... and that's the important part. Work up to walking//jogging for 1 hour (30 min 2x if you need to ), Then do 1 hour of stretching and weight lifting. If you don't have access to weights, Then do sit ups, push ups, leg raisers, lay on your side and do leg lifts, Do arm rolls. Anything you can to build muscles in your body.
The eating part: Eat 1200 calories a day:
No junk food/soda. Drink lots of water.
Base your 1200 calories from the food pyramid. Lots of fruits/veges & Whole grains. Eat a small amount of lean meat. You'll be looking fabulous in no time.!

Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.

Cross training is really a great way to go.

Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can.

Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile.

Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each.

Sit ups
Crunches
Bicycle Sit ups

Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal.

Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can.

Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body.

Saturday - Take off.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the way 2 lose weight is u have 2 eat healthy and keep ur self in shape by eating healthy and excersing....

first of all hey hey relax ive seen fat small this people and they all look good its just a matter of what you wear okay just dont be too slutty or tooooo over dressed tight jeans always look nice ...god made you the way you are sooo flaunt what you got girl!!!!!!

drink alot of water and lay off the bread and chips for a while.salads are good for you just watch the dressing,fruits are good to!
