ok. first off, i think loosing 2 pounds a day is VERY unhealthy and your body might be in some sort of shock and you could get other health problems. but if you want to loose weight this is how i would do it. 3500 calories = 1 pound. so if you take 500 calories from your diet a day you could loose a pound. or you could cut back 250 and exercise 250 off. i think this is a much healthier approach to loosing weight.
