I talk about it with people I trust. I write. I find things I enjoy doing. I pamper myself a bit, to take care of myself. Then I usually just let the depression ride its course until I feel better.
Take it easy on yourself.....you'll get through this.

answers .....well do you believe in god . if you do .. you should pray about what is going on your life .. we're all very bussy people.. but we all so. need to set a side time 4 god especially when you have 3 boy rise .... i alse have 3 boy and 1 girl . praying 2 r god the creator of everything in life . has helped me a lat ...u see i live in sin city las vegas ... thier not good over here 4 children 2 grow up or for me so i have 2 set a side every moring to pray 2 my god to strat my day off. and to bless my kids in this life..... its the only way. believe. me ...... i know ......... well i hope i was same help thank you 4 listening any way ...we all need good people in r lifes ...luli

I surround myself with uplifting people along with books and music with a positive message. I try to stay away from the news, needy people, food that I know is bad for me, and alcohol.
Try to reflect on all that is good in your life. If you're having a hard time thinking of things, then grab a piece of paper and write down how you would like your life to be. Where would you like to live? What would you like to do for a living? A spiritual practice? Try to write a three month, six month, and one year plan. Try to work towards these goals along with positive changes in diet and exercise.....and try to get out and get at least 10-20 minutes worth of sunshine a day. It's great for the soul!

I try to find something interesting to do, reading is good for me.
If this is a longstanding problem with you, yo may need medical help. I see a psychiatrist and a therapist regularly and I am on medication

sometimes i'm able to force myself to get out of the house or do something around the house. most of the time that works but, if it doesn't i sleep. sometimes that's the only thing that will take the edge off.

i go out more and hang out with friends, or maybe set my self a challenge and complete it and feel more self worth

i either lock myself in my room and listen 2 music,,,,,,go outside or hangout with my friends,,,,,,,,,,,or write down things thats on my mind,,,,,,,,and if that doesnt work i go to sleep......
