i need to lose weight for my prom, i bort a stunning dress and of course i put of weight so now i cant fit :(
my prom is in 4 weeks and i cant buy a new dress and i only have to lose 3inches off my stomic
please can you give me a crash diert or somthing to help me!
im a size 8 and i need to fit into a size 6!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Cabbage soup diet. It is hard to stick with, B'cuz all you can eat is cabbage, but it will drop the weight off you fast.

This is how you do it.
Eat a decent breakfast, a small or no lunch, then the cabbage soup.

Cabbage soup recipe.

shredded cabbage
water
chicken or beef bullion (about 5 calories per tsp)
cook on stove until cabbage is soft. Season with a little salt and pepper.

adjust how much ingredients for how much soup you want to eat.
