The children. Anyone that doesn't have a friggin GUN in his hand. The guy just trying to sell his goods in the local market and his customers. Anyone who comes home from work to find his house and family erased because the morons in green thought the were they enemy. The detonator that accidentally goes off in the bomb factory.
