I never get tired of food, because I try many different foods and recipes.
Here are some of my favorites.
Hamburger Parmesan
Preheat oven to 400'
6 servings
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/4 c. flour
2 eggs beaten
1 c. italian bread crumbs
6 slices of mozzarella cheese ( i have used shredded)
1 can of mushroom pieces, drained (optional)
1 jar (16oz) spaghetti sauce
3 or more tbsp of grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Shape beef into patties. Coat each patty with flour. Dip in eggs. Coat with crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a baking pan. Top each patty with mozzarella cheese slice. Place mushrooms on top. Pour on spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted and of course the hamburger is cooked.
This is easy and delicious.

All the time because I cook professionally, and when you see and smell all that food all day long, it gets to you. When I want something different, I go to the store and buy stuff that I have never ate and do research on it when I get home. Found a lot of good recipes that way. I do admit that I cheat a little though. I am a chef and have several friends that are also, and we compare notes. Try Sprouts or Trader Joe's or a specialty store. Good luck. You could get 1000's of recipes on line from other people, but they do not have to eat it. Be original, you will enjoy it more and have bragging rights if you come up with something really good.

I don't think that people will ever get tired of fast food, but I can't make that a fact. I'm not sure if there would ever be a fast food place that would become more popular than McDonalds. We just have to wait and find out.

I do feel that way. Being from the Caribbean we have a lots of varied dishes but I just cant find exactly what I want and usually end up eating fresh fruits. Since you are allergic to Indian spices I recommend steam fish, coo coo, callaloo and boiled ground provisons. See if you can find the recipes online. It will be worth it.
