the reason you might not be losing the weight is that you haev tried all these different things and your metabolism it totally mucked up?

Try a diet, and make sure you are eating a sensible diet of protein and carbs and making sure that you drnk plenty of water and eat you 5 portions of fruit and veg per day. Try and eat as sensibly as you can and avoid any stodgy foods like biscuits and crisps and pastry etc..

Try and do a bit of exersice, even if just going for a brisk walk.. You may have thought you were not losing weight before but actually gaining weight with it being muscle as this weight more than fat.. the more muscle you have on your body the more calories your body will burn to keep it therefore you lose the fat..

Try and not make yourself sick, this totally wrecks your metabolism.. try your best to eat healthily and little exercise and see if this helps you..

Good luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

dont try everything - stick to healthy eating and exercising regularly. thats all you really need.

Try to avoid foods that have a lot of chocolate, especially desserts since a lot of people tend to eat dessert without thinking about the consequences. Try to drink less pop and drink more water and exercise more or atleast get outside and walk atleast 30 minutes a day - you will get more energy if you go out and walk everyday.
