Apply warm compress directly to the sty several times a day . A warm compress should help open up its pore so that it can drain and and then heal. Wash your hands before applying a compress. Use a clean cloth or piece of gauze moistened with warm water. Do not use very hot water to prevent burning the eyelid. Place the compress over your eye until it cools for about 5 or 10 minutes. Allow the sty to ripen and open by itself. Also, see your Pharmacist or GP for some non prescription or prescription ointments respectively, hopefully you'll be fine in a couple of days.
Good luck.

If it's a sty on your eye lid, you can't remove it. Just keep a hot moist compress on it, it will help the sty to open up and drain. Use a clean washcloth with hot water for the compress. The more you soak it, the faster it will drain.

Soak a tea bag in warm water (not hot water) and hold it on the sty

Continue to do this for ten minutes, though discontinue if major discomfort occurs. Do not press the tea bag against your eye.

Wash your infected eye with a (warm) wet washcloth several times a day.......

Do not put ointments like polysporin on the sty

Rubbing your eyes will not help

Do no poke your sty with a needle

Do not squeeze the puss out of the sty.
