that toning somehow differs from the reduction of body fat. I see so many people talk about toning and sliming exercises and and there is no such thing.

Probably that weight loss = fat loss. The second might be that spot reduction is possible. Third? I knew a guy who thought for some reason if he started eating salads on top of his already terrible diet of junk food he would lose weight.

Fat cells shrink as your body uses their stored components but do not go away. Its takes like seven years for a fat cell to die out.

that is way people who fad diet yo-yo up and down. Which is really bad because you not only create new fat cells you also fatten the old ones back up so you are worse of than before you lost weight.

i'm amazed at the number of people that want to lose a ton of weight in a short amount of time. they actually think it's possible. what, did they just notice they were fat, is that why they want to lose it in like less than a week? it took a while to put on the weight, and it's gonna take even longer to lose it.
