I bit my nails for years
very bad
and then it was zit picking..yuk
then it was hair twirling
and then stammering
and then it was chewing pencils
and then smoking
and then shopping in sales
and then well here I am on yahoo

I wouldnt call this a bad habit though

apart from Stating the Obvious, which i'm renowned for.
that would be winding up Americans
sorry but it's true i always get an ardent war supporter & they're so touchy!
being a peace activist's difficult when you meet gung-ho trigger-happy US citizens on here!
i was going to call them something else but that winds them up, too.

I have to know what's on T.V absolutely ALL the time. I spend about an hour a day dipping in and out of the T.V mag!

grinning my teeth... i do it in my sleep so I'm not aware I'm doing in but when i was a child i had to share a room with my older sister and the noise used to keep her awake at night!
