Nice poem! Directron appears to be a genuine Web-based retailer of computer products, so I hope you get your order.

In the future, use a credit card to order over the Internet. That way, you can dispute the charges if the company does not fulfill your order. The credit card company will step into the deal and get to the bottom of what happened, and it doesn't cost you a cent. Always use a credit card for Internet orders -- never use a debit card, check or money order.

Good luck!

discover card???lol

anyways...i have bought two flat panel monitors from this site and have been very happy, i m sure its just an oversight.

using your debit card is just as effective as a credit card in getting print out and proof of purchase...plus banks have higher maintenence of security information than most major credit card companies, therefore it is safer.

And for the buddy above claiming to be in marketing...i wouldnt believe that simply because people in marketing dont deal directly with the customer..i was in marketing advertising and communications for years... a marketer wouldnt ever deal with customers, thats what customer service is for...also his grammer is awful considering he is attempting to reinstore your faith in the company from a business not "personal" angle... you need to be well educated to have that kind of employment.

good luck.
