Not all of us evolved? Sure they did - the monkeys still with us evolved in different ways. Is that a bad thing for them? Only if you consider the human to be the peak of existence, which is quite a discrimination.

We go all the way back to single celled lifeforms - how far back does that "honour thy mother and thy father" extend? :)

we evolved from an animal that no longers exists and so did the monkey. We evolved from a type of monkey, but they no longer exist because they became humans and new monkeys.

we did not evolve from monkeys, nor would any person with even the remotest understanding of science say that.

I'm comfortable with the biological explanations for our existence and the credible evidence supporting them- the alternative is only theological rhetoric based on an ancient scripture and is very unconvincing.

Your Bible will give you a totally wrong and fictional but complete explanation or you can go for the best scientifically endorsed explanation we humans have and that involves evolution, it's not the complete answer but it's factual and includes all the verifiable knowledge we humans presently have regarding the origins of life on Earth...so take your pick.

A little thing called....Science!!

And evolution which is about more than just monkeys - look it up because you culd be surprised.

Science has provided hard and fast answers to many of lifes questions. God and religion is based purely on faith and belief there is very little fact or proof.

I prefer to believe in things i can see and understand.

We came from bacteria. Those were the first forms of life. When the Earth's atmosphere formed, the bacteria were able to live. Then they became bigger life forms. And then even bigger life forms. And you get the point. Our bodies adapt to survive the changes on Earth. That's evolution. We evolved to fit the conditions on Earth.
