I need a good looking car that is good on gas. This would be a great trade of services for a small business owner

Take up an Economic survey of Customer profiles and the pattern of model choices in the Automobile( Car) industry, with reference to your geographic region and involve the local dealer in this study to such extent that he would give anything to lay his hands on a copy of that Report. Offer the Barter and drive away in the new car. Let me know when you get it!

I don't think it's either possible or reasonable to expect a "free car" for provinding business skills. The only "business" that MAY provide a car is that of a traveling salesman and even that is probably not possible (usually you have to have a car before applying for a position as a traveling salesman).

The cost of providing a vehicle is too prohibitive for most companies (unless you are an executive and offered the "perk" of a company car). If I were you, I'd just go find a job, save my money and buy my own car. There is no such thing as a free lunch....

I'm not sure what your "business skills" are, but many new car dealers offer 'demos' to their employees.
My dealership offers the use of a new vehicle 'demo' to the office manager as part of her pay/benefit plan.
