i need a best enrgy drink.. for gym.. that low cal.. low sugar and caffiene..

other than that.. ill just drink chai tea then...

You don't want an energy drink diet or not because energy drinks are super high in caffeine and that is NOT good for the heart. The best drink is water or diluted Gatorade, which refresh the body.

and what the hell is a chai tea? chai is tea!... so you'll drink tea tea?
oh and what a great idea with a green tea... if you have any trouble with your kidney...green tea will be the killer, specially in cold climate. Anyway, i might be rude, but i 'll still give you a nice advise.... do not stuck to any particular drink, change them, see what's effective. And after, still change them regularly, and sugar is needed for our braincells dear, so if you need the mass not just under your skin but in your head too, you probably should consume some sugar still.

Water. Your body is made up of 70 percent water and when you are working out or playing tennis you need to weight yourself and when you are done drink enough water so you weight the same as you did before you worked out or played tennis.

I don't know about an energy drink but maybe you could drink green tea with mint.It's very healthy and helps you lose weight also.Oh,and prevents cancer and many other diseases.

energy drinks are not good you should try something else like a green tea fat burner that one helps a lot and is tea. make sure you have lots of water too.

what helped me when i was excersizing to lose weight and get in shape was grapefruit juice. it boosts your metabolism. it might taste like hell. but its worth it in the long run lol
