Does anyone know What Shinto is like?

It's from Japan right? That's only what I know about Shinto. What is the basic of Shinto like?

In Shinto, the afterlife is not a primary concern, much more emphasis is placed on fitting into this world, instead of preparing for the next. The most immediately noticeable theme in the Shinto religion is a great love and reverence for nature.
