Jo has a friend in MO that raises horses, for sure you could pay his taxes. He's let you ride a horse anytime no doubt.
Beyond that, ??

I live in MO and never heard of "Tax Certificates". No clue what they might be.

If you want to pay my taxes, knock yourself out though I couldn't imagine why you would want to do so. I would say, "Thank you!" though. Might even buy you a beer or two.

FWIW, my total tax bite in MO (property taxes, income taxes, the lot) is 35% LESS than my property taxes were in TX, a state that likes to stupidly brag about not having an income tax.
