Groups of individuals are subject to the same regulation as are single individuals. Now how are we to flush these flabby shopkeepers off their comfy stools and out into the rough and tumble street where the real citizens play?

Hi Vonhiggins,
I think, that : " Yahoo!Answers", has increased in a way, by the knowledge and the sharing of information,by people from around the world... In other words, things to think about, and.. things we've all learned/shared..... in here... :)

In "your" Community, I think this is only possible, by confronting this group of individuals... with your knowledge, and experience...........

Example : organize a meeting/lecture... and with your experience and knowledge, convince them... that things had to be done... to make it better, for the whole Community...
confront them with : "Facts"... shocking facts... Try to open their eyes......and just maybe...they will wake up, and "act"....by being... an active part of your Community, instead of a passive one....... Not easy, but possible...in the long run, I guess :))

Just my idea, Vonhiggins :-)
