母親節 means "Mother's Day"
快樂 means "happy"

When wishing someone a happy + certain festival (even Merry Christmas: 聖誕快樂), we usually put 快樂 after the name of the festival.

No. "happy Birthday" is in basic terms too complicated a theory to simplify to easily one or 2 characters. issues like fireplace or water are elementary ideas which do not want further characters to make sparkling what the which ability is.
