i want to loose wieght............but but but..nt spending much...money nd time...plz suggest sum gud tips.......how can i easily..loose wieght............tanx!?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First, u have to cut the fast foods if u like to eat fast foods. Avoid the mayo and less salty foods. Cut down the cheese. Drink 8 glasses of water. Take a brisk walk everyday or do some crunches if u don't have time to walk. Avoid soft drinks and beers. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Just a month u will find yourself amazing!

Alright, losing weight is a mental thing, you have to really want it to be able to do it. You have to know you are eating to much or too little.

Exercise at least (cardio) 30 minutes 4 times a week.
Remember portions when eating.

ALSO after you have had a workout, try a weay protien shake. It will fill you up and all it is, is protien. (the common myth is that protien will build you up but, for prom my bf suggested this and i lost 2 inches off my waist)

Don't eat fast food, junk food, candy, ice cream, eat out, etc. Eat a small salad with your dinner and a big salad for lunch. Always eat breakfast, it keeps you going through the day. Also try to get in healthire foods like fruits and vegetables. Whatever you do, don't skip meals or stop eating because your body need the food energy to keep up your metabolism, and if you don't eat your metabolism will slow down, making it easier to gain weight and harder to lose it.

Cut out soda, energy drinks, juice, etc. and drink water with all of your meals and in between during the day.

Try to get in at least one hour of exercise in every day. If you can, I suggest getting 2 hours of exercise, it will help you loose weight faster and you will feel more energized.

One good way to start is to clean up your diet. Start easy by taking the soda out. Then go for the sugars. Try to eat a piece of protein, like fish, chicken or turkey for your meals with some veggies. Be careful of the salad dressings! Also, take a walk or join a walking club. Start off easy and build up. Ok, as sad as this sounds, losing your voice can actually be a good thing. xD For many reasons. My main one? When you're at school it's an excuse for the teachers NOT to call on you. Another one? It's kinda fun. In a funny way. Ahaha, told ya this would sound sad. x] But yeah, if you reeeally want to help get it back start taking some cold medicine to help your sickness go away!

I before E except after C and when sounds like a as in weigh!

Most excess weight is water.. drink a dirutec.. dandelion tea.
eat all bran foods, avoid fatty foods, avoid sugars and salts.
eat prunes, natural fruits, drink herbal teas and prune nectar!
eat beans, and onions too! Also do a good walk 2 miles a day if U can! Twist while you walk.. is what Richard Simmons says!

split your meals in half and eat 6 meals a day instead of 3. go for daily walks of at least 1/2 hr.

Try not to eat for six hours befor bed. Just drink water and green tea. If your starving just eat fruit or veg. Exercise is also great.

i think the best way is dont eat much food ,the time when u re hungry then thats the time to lose weight.
