acne marks take a long time to fade completely, but you can try any of the following to speed up the process:
1. use a vitamin E oil. you could ask any pharmacist for a bottle, you get them specially formulated for this very purpose.
2. honey, although i'd suggest you use this alongside anything else you're using, and don't depend on this entirely.
3. mederma, this works miracles for some ppl, but is pretty useless for others.
4. laser treatment, but only if the scars are really deep.
5. drink LOTS of water to keep your system cool, maybe that'll help the angry redness die down! (plus it keeps fresh pimples at bay)

First things first you have to relax! Stress raises cortisol which over time can do mean things to your body. But ok the left over spots from acne i USED to get them too.. till i discovered this beatuiful thing called Glycolic acid.. you can buy it over the net, but be extremely careful with it! get a low concentration (pretty sure ebay has it).. any-who follow the directions.. it will peel off layers of skin, and soon enough (like a month maybe more maybe less) your acne and hyperpigmented spots will be gone...well mine were...but i cant garantee it will work for you also.. but good luck- research the stuff before you try it!

Well,I know this sounds really stupid, but there is this cream call 'triple antibiotic'(You can find this mostly in pharmacies)-it is usually for bruises(and it fights bacteria),but I use it to get rid of blemishes such as pimples.Ok, so this is what I do:
I wash my face with Anti-Bacterial soap at least once a day,and apply the antibiotic cream as if it were a facial mask and leave it on for the rest of the day,but if your going to stay home(Because the cream is transparent and is going to make your face look shiny and you don't want people to be looking at you like your weird, but since I go to school I apply it on when I go to sleep)Do this everyday or atleast twice a week-and I promise you this will work =)

You need to get a really good skin care poduct that keeps your face oil free and shine free that way you get less breakouts. http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products... moisturizing has natural ingredients that won't clog your pores So you are oil free and shine free which leaves you to less breakouts. Thye reason why we get breakouts is our pores are clogged. So get products also that say Non-comedogenic, oil free or allergy tested which doesn't clog pores. So get a skin care treatment. Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. You should also get a shampoo and conditioner that is clarifying or anything that will say that removes hair buildup. Your skin may be clogged by the hair products that you put on your face and always cleanse, tone and moisturize twice a day and everyday. If your blemishes are really bad I suggest to get an acne treatment. Acne treatments penetrate down deep in the pores to get the bacteria out. The skin care regime doesn't it only cleanses the surface and toner closes the pores while the acne treatment cleanses down to the pore deep down to get the bacteria out and closes the pores so no oil is produced.http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products...
Avoid excersicing with makeup on this only makes your sweat clog your pores and you get breakouts. You should also use an exfoliator like this http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products...
when skin is not exfolitated or scrobbed off it will clog pores and leave you to breakout. All breakouts are are bacteria deep down in the pores. This also minimizes your pores so the smaller the pores are the less oil is produced so the less breakouts you will get.
THIS IS WHAT i USE BECAUSE i ALSO GET DARK UNEVEN SKIN TONE LEFT BY ACNE IT'S FRUSTRATING ISN'T IT. THIS IS A BIT PRICEY BUT IT WORKS. IT REALLY DID FOR ME.
Dramatically and progressively improves skin brightness.
* After 2 weeks, skin is 37% brighter.
* After 6 weeks, skin is 65% brighter.
* After 8 weeks, skin is 76% brighter.
* After 12 weeks, skin is 116% brighter.
66% improvement in combined skin tone, clarity, and evenness of skin tone in 12 weeks.
