Rom 1:20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and God ship, so that they are inexcusable;
When I see the handy work of God,
a sunset, a rainbow, a child laugh, an animal playing
All these things high light God's love for us which is culminated in the ransom of his Son.

I enjoy creation. It can demonstrate his power and authority. I love the people, stars, sky and the woods. I am not a huge desert fan though. Many of the debates over scripture can be easily cleared up by looking at the world around us with common sense. But I have to say that I learn a lot more about creation from my relationship with Jesus then I do the other way around.

Jesus answered,"I am the way and the truth and the life.No one comes to the Father except through me."Jn.14:6
It is only through Jesus Christ that you can appreciate the beauty of God's creation.

Not until I Read Bhaktivedanta Prabhupadas Books and then I understood Lord Jesus much more deeply. Before that I was a so-called Christian proclaiming false truth due to being brainwashed by all the others who where brainwashed. Now I care deeply for mother earth and Gods creation understanding it is all His energy and should be protected and maintained nicely in service to Him (also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc.) HE so Unlimited. For the original New Testament before king Constantine changed so many things gooogle gospelofthenazirenes.com and for Prabhupadas teachings go to harekrishnatemple.com

That God is a loving god he created earth just right for humans to live on, we have everything we need to sustain life. He gave us colour vision so we can appreciate his wonderful creation when we could survive with black and white like alot of animals, like wise with our taste so we can appreciate all the wonderful food he has created for us. He is a god of order as everything in the right place for earth to sustain life as well, he is also very powerful to have created all of this. Hope this helps

I have always thought about His creation even before coming to know Him. It didn't change much I guess, but I did get more tolerance for the human aspect of His creation ;)

Yes
God told me to not own an car, so I don't. I don't pollute the air and waterways with toxic elements
I do my part to keep God's world as close to what he created as is possible
But I don't go to Amish extremes

Yes... appreciation of God's creation has grown concurrently with my knowledge of God.
If I walk down the street on a beautiful warm day, and see beautiful trees and gardens, it makes my heart grateful, and I become aware of the great artistry behind all the beautiful colours and designs in nature. God is an artist.
When I sit in class and learn about the complex biochemical reactions in the human body is fills me with wonder and gratitude that he could create such complex organisms as human beings. God is a scientist.
When I learn about the planets in space, and how they move, it reminds me of God's infinite capacity for growth and creation... and I feel like my own eternity opens up to me. God is a philanthropist, and God is an organiser.
When I see the horrible things that some of his creations do, it fills me with horror, but it shows me that God is serious about free choice. It shows me that He wants us to show our true colours, and learn to overcome difficulties through faith. God is patient, tolerant, wise and a Teacher.
When I see the earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, and heat (Global Warming), and plagues of disease, it shows me the fulfillment of prophecy. It reminds me that he has prewarned us so that we can prepare, because he loves us. It reminds me that he will not allow wickedness to always reign upon the earth. God is long-sighted and lovingly merciful, but he is serious about fulfilling his own Plan (which is "to bring about the immortality and eternal life of man" - Moses 1:39 - http://scriptures.lds.org/en/search?type=words&last=denote+God+all&help=&wo=checked&search=immortality+eternal+life+work+glory&iw=scriptures&tx=checked&af=checked&hw=checked&sw=checked&bw=1).
When I read the truths of God, in the scriptures that He has created, I feel him close and I know I can rely on Him. God is a friend, and He doesn't change ("same yesterday today and forever" - http://scriptures.lds.org/en/search?type=words&last=beautiful+creation&help=&wo=checked&search=same+yesterday+today+forever&iw=scriptures&tx=checked&af=checked&hw=checked&sw=checked).
"All things denote there is a God." (Alma 30:44 - http://scriptures.lds.org/en/search?search=denote+God+all)
