Drain the coolant.
Follow the upper radiator hose to th engine.
Remove the hose.
Remove the thermostat housing.
Replace the thermostat and NEW gasket.
Reassemble, and refill cooling system.

on the 2.4 liter engine(4cyl) its behind the upper radiator hose housing and on the v6 is on the back of the engine right above trans bell housing ..the v6 engine is more difficult to do ...
