I need to located to fuse of the speedometer/odometer, warning sound (when u leave your lights on), and windshield wipers. Those three things stopped working and I would like to find out where the fuses are so I can test them. Is there a website that shows you diagrams of fuse panels?

Could be a bad ground on the starter when you have it in the truck, have you tried jumping the solenoid terminals with a screwdriver? Clean up the spot you are grounding it really well and see if anything changes... Next step would be your ignition switch.
