My BF is at work. His sister just called to see if we could go to a Mother's Day cookout at their mom's house. Dave is at work... so it would just be me and his son. "Grandma" lets BF's son GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. He tries to keep his son away from her because his behavior is HORRIBLE for 2 days after. PLUS, I've only met my BF's mom once, and talked to her a couple or times on phone.
I will feel really bad for not going, after all, it's mother's day! However, if I go, I won't be able to disipline him as I do here. For instance, TIME OUTS. Yeah, that's all. He'll treat me like **** the whole time we're over there (I know this because I KNOW THE KID).
I'm like a mom to his kid, and 6 weeks pregnant w/ #1. Shouldn't I get to participate in Mother's Day? If I go over there, it may be one of the worst days of the year!
I have no idea what to do.

I would love to spend time w/ them, but not if Dave isn't there (if his son is there) . They don't know I'm pregnant anyways!

Go. Its important for his son to spend time with his grandma, and its important for you to have a good realtionship with her, since she will soon be your babies grandma.
