im trying to get in shape 4 the summertime and want my abs 2 look good however i have no exercise things as far as weights and exercise balls go i know i can do sit ups but those get tired after a while id appreciate it if anybody can help me out :)

It sounds like you're trying to spot reduce, and that is not possible. Crunches will not give you a slim, tight, etc, midsection. They can only increase the endurance of the muscles there. In order to have the abs you want, you must decrease body fat....all over the body. This requires a healthy diet, along with cardio and weight training.

I've found that sit-ups do hurt small of back. Don't worry about 'equipment', Just turn up the volume on your music radio volume. At least move around with it. Everyday, you will feel like moving a little more.
Please breath slowly while moving. Hopefully, you might at least lift the 'blue funk' in the morning.
