I took lamisil for 6 days for a toenail infection, and experienced extreme exhaustion, malaise, and a mild rash on the medication. I subsequently found a website where people report side effects they experience with certain drugs, and this set of symptoms, in addition to scarier ones (loss of taste, liver function abnormalities) were reported among many users. I am just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar, and how long it takes to feel better after discontinuing the drug -- I am studying for a huge test, and can't afford to be this wiped out. Thanks! I've also heard that vicks vapor rub applied to the nails works -- anyone have luck with this?

well first of all vicks is not helpful, secondly half life of lamisil is about 36 hours but can take longer. this means that by this time, the side effects should be gone, if symptoms are persisting, call your doctor, good luck
