Well I don't think I'm flirting with him, but all my friends say I'm "power flirting". All because I sat near him in Social Studies, and sometimes he offers to help with stuff we're studying and I have no clue how to do it. I mean I guess we have been hanging out a little more than normal and I'll admit I like him, but we're only friends. Am I flirting with him and what would you consider "flirting" anyway?

High school boys? Just looking at them is flirting, hon. They've got testosterone coming out their ears, and have next to no idea what to do with it. Even if you are flirting, the question is, is it innocent friend flirting, or not? Or is it, and you just don't realize it is? Hmmm......

Does it really matter what your friends say about whether you're "power flirting" or not? Nope, not a bit... what difference does it make to them if you are?

Anyway... Just my two cents.

i know im not a guy, but im there with you.

with my previous boyfriend i never thought i was flirting, even though later he was like 'are you kidding me? you flirt all the time!'

i suppose what you are doing cna be considered as flirting...
it mainly consists of being nice, laughing at his jokes, making eye contact... i cant really give any more than that...

but if you dont like him more than a friend stop because he might get the wrong idea.

best of luck.

Your not flirting, your dropping hints that he can get to know you better in terms of a relationship. flirting is batting your eyelashes, hanging out more, in his general area, is trolling.

to me laughing loudly with a guy, constantly touching his hands, shoulders, and then being around him even when he wants to be with his firend, joking alot about private matters, and sometimes having dirty jokes, or calling him with informal nicknames that would shock people. WOW that;s alot i mentioned !
