Katie, Hon sit ups are good on the floor, if to hard try them by sitting on side or foot of your bed ! Any walking is good and try to take as long as stride as you can. But weight loss is a combination of exersize and the food we eat ! Fish and vegitables is very good, and nothing is better than water and skim milk with meals ! Riding a bicycle is a great way, Keep the bike in a low gear cause it is the pedaling not the distance or speed. God bless you ! ! !

1) Sit on your butt, lift your legs and hold them in the air, and do scissor-kicks until you can't do anymore.
2) Lay on your tummy, lift your legs and upper torso as much as possible and hold.
3) Stand up and lift each leg (one at a time) to the front, back and side.
4) Stand up and act like you are "marching" in a parade. Do that until you can't do it anymore.
Tired yet?
Get a yoga book. It shows you everything you are asking for.
Actually, the "experts" say, all you have to do is to walk regularly, like every single morning or evening for 30 minutes.... if you really want to lose, then walk for an hour or more. Just don't stop doing it.

Dance, Dance, Dance. Have you seen dancing with the stars. Try moving your hips like they do and feel the burn. I dance for fun but its also a work out for me. Bend your knees and move your hips in a circular motion. Arms in the air and dance. You'll need some music that will get you moving, that helps.

Any physical activity can count as exercise if you are doing it for the purpose of health. Here is a web page to help you determine number of calories burned per activity completed.

Skipping with skipping rope is great and lots of fun too. Anything which gets the heart pumping basically so running, dancing and any sport is great - good luck.
