Could be antisocial pd, but do you also become charming, sweet or persuasive when you need to? Are you like an emotional chameleon? If those things are true then you may suffer from Antisocial Personality Disorder.
However, I'm going to make a hunch that since you wrote this question you may be concerned at your effect on others. If this is the case, then Antisocial PD would be less likely, because those patients rarely, if ever care about others. You may want to consider something else like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or Asperger's Syndrome or something else that effects mood. Have you had some sort of trauma or extreme crisis? Maybe when you were young? Something that was just brushed aside or ignored?
This is something worth checking out and if I were you I wouldn't hesitate seeing a psychiatrist to help you figure this out.

I feel as though I hate everyone too! Mostly at work, people are catty and gossipy, so I feel as if my feelings are justified! If you have a reason for your feelings, I'm sure it is not a medical condition. Life experience makes us this way..don't become jaded though because your life will seem empty and unhappy, not a good way to live! They say to make the choice to not get upset about sh it, so that's what I practice now, seems to be helping!
Take care Babe!

You don't hate everybody, because if you did, then if you met someone who is very mean like yourself, you'd hate her too. That's like hating yourself. Just know that everyone is different in personality and character, you don't throw in the towel and give up on that person and say you hate people just because you cant click with him/her. It takes all kinds to make this world. Different personalities compliment one another sometimes. Learn to adapt and sometimes, accept.

hate people and mean = antisocial personality disorder
hate people and mean to everyone at the end of every month = menstration period
pretending to hate people and pretending to be mean, all to get attention = histeronic personality disorder or borderline personality disorder.
loving one self, but ignoring & mean to all others = narcisstic personality disorder
LOL, you are one interesting lady!
