I always have the worst experience with them! I am very friendly when I call telling them they charged me for channels I didn't want and have already asked them to take it off. They get VERY rude and insulting with such a nasty attitude. It's a shame that such a profitable famous company has such sleeze balls working for them

Comcast, Cox, Cablevision. They are all awful.
On hold forever. The worst is Sprint DSL. YOu can bake a potatoe by the time they answer the phone.
I do not know why they want to torment us, when we pay $$$$ for the service.
America on Line is also one pathetic company.
Dell Computer. Ugh.

It happens sometimes and what i do is i always hang up on freaks like those and call again next time u find a better rep simple =)
