It's really hard getting motivated when you're depressed. Hopefully you're getting therapy and/or medication. Try to keep a positive attitude and tak walks; short ones at first and then progress to longer ones. Exercise can really help depression, but it's hard to get started when you don't even feel like getting out of bed.

I agree with Oreo. I feel the same way as you do. I often have to take it in tiny steps and pray to get through the day. It is so hard.
