It is necessary for growth and apreciation of life. Suffering doesn't have to be high level. It can be reduced by benefiting from the examples of others. Things others have done right or wrong, we don't have to repeat. Benefit and move on.

Suffering entered the human experience due to the fall of Adam and Eve and it is not going to go away anytime soon, the relistic person of faith accepts this fact and trusts that God works to bring the greater good out of suffering.
There is a paradox to suffering that many fail to understand and that is it can be a vessel for great humility and growth in spirituality.
God does not want us to suffer as so many imagine it is an inherent state of our humanity and Jesus Christ has by His suffering and death on the cross given a dignity to suffering that so many miss out on.

It is through many untold ages that we must suffer in order to become divine and to develop true compassion for ones fellow man, then there is another kind of suffering that we bring op on ourselves through the abuse of the laws of the universe and within our selves.

It says in the Bible in Romans 5:3 that tribulation works patience. In other words, suffering, especially in the name of Jesus or for his cause, helps build character and make you a better, more patient person.

what?
Are you 5 and still expecting mommie to do everything for you? You don't get anywhere in life without trying. Trying means you don't always succeed. Failing teaches you things that succeeding doesn't. It's called growing up. Try it sometime.
