unfortantely, thats an area that takes longer to lose weight. just continue doing cardio and dieting and you will see results. maybe you could try upping your workout to be a little longer or a little harder, or try cutting out sugar or soda if you havent already - that can make a big difference. make sure you eat wheat bread/pasta instead of white and stick to water. and lotssss of fruit & veggies. dont give up though, it could take up to 5 months to really see results!

Patience is a virtue. It's not like you sacrifice and don't see any improvement. So be patient.

Here's what I recommend but only if you're 18 years or older. Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No sugar

Good Luck

3,500 calories = 1 pound. keep working out and eating healthy...if you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day, you'll lose 1 pould a week.

so after a month you may only be down 4 pounds, but it will add up and you'll see the results eventually.
