Ostrich is the classic answer but I say ,
Abdominable snow man
A tall unfinished snow man with a running nose wearing spectacles !
You see a tall unifinished snow man has long legs and crooked UNFINISHED toes that satisfies the first factor .
Wearing spectacles you get glassy eyes that satisfies the second factor .
You see when you have a running nose your nose becomes watery so that satisfies the third factor .
Funny eh ???
