China...followed by the USA! Mostly the reason why the Western World would rather try to reason with China,over it's occupation of Tibet and other Territories-than get into a confrontation with them! Have you noticed all the "Made in China" stuff,that you find on the store shelves recently? Getting into a conflict with China would most certainly lead to a Nuclear War! so we'de much rather trade with them,and try gentle persuasion. They could probably throw 20 men into the battlefield for every 1 man we could put out there! The "People's Army" is massive,and contrary to what one reader felt...they don't need to have the "topnotch" equipment of the U.S. Military. They've got enough numbers to throw at the West,in continuous Waves!

Technically China. In a communist country, everyone belongs to the government so they have like a one million standing army and another 1.6 billion in reserve. That's why it's called the Peoples Liberation Army and not just the army.
